Well, its different, thats for sure!!
Anyone have any history on it?
Some 30 years ago, & to showcase it's new line of wheels, the English wheel manufacturer "Wolfrace" introduced this 6 wheeled bi-engined prototype. It was said to have a drag coefficient of 0.30 cd (?!!) , 326 hp & topping 162 mph (260 km/h). It's the only one of it's kind, & needless to say, it used to leave people in shock wherever it showed up!
Coolness, thanks for the info.
Its kind of shocking that the drag cd is practically the same as the 69 Daytona/70 Superbird…Looking at it, I wouldve expected it to have a way lower number?
162 mph and no windshield>>>>Nope
<img src="http://long.apparelbookstore.info/time.jpg"/> why is that so horrible? you have helmet on right?
You can't steer that shit. Oh wait;;;maybe you can? It makes no goddamn sense, but it looks cool. It's not functional. After much thought and having seen this kind of bullshit before. I think it can be steered, Without tearing up tires. You didn't need two wheels doing that. But I think they can, actually. Might need to be a very smart system.
Or it could have rear wheel steering like every forklift I've ever driven. A little odd to drive at first but I works.
Obviously this isn't rear wheel steering. Just sayin.
also, its not the only car to ever utilize dual front axles.
short answer, yes steering with 2 front axles is perfectly plausible.
Darn tootin it is….
